Abstract

В статье проанализирована организация управления процессами развития информационно-телекоммуникационной инфраструктуры региона. Показано доминирование инерционного подхода к выстраиванию системы управления отраслью и не использование потенциала региона. Обоснована целесообразность консолидации активной части профессионального сообщества, заинтересованного в отстаивании как профессиональных, так и региональных интересов.
