Abstract

В статье обоснована актуальность разработки ресурсосберегающей стратегии развития в разрезе подземного хранения газа. Показаны компоненты стратегии и принципиальная схема формирования концепции. Разработаны организационные и финансово-экономические инструменты стимулирующего характера в области ресурсосбережения на объектах подземного хранения газа. Представлена концептуальная модель ресурсосберегающей стратегии развития подземного хранения природного газа.
