Abstract

В статье рассматриваются инновационные модели взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов на вторичном рынке ценных бумаг; обосновывается новый экономический закон вторичного рынка ценных бумаг, который выражает прямую устойчивую, повторяющуюся функциональную взаимосвязь и зависимость между уровнем цены ценной бумаги и количеством денежных средств, вложенных в нее.
