Abstract

В настоящей статье внимание сосредоточено на изучении особенностей кластеров сервисной специализации. С точки зрения целей региональной политики кластеры являются ориентиром, позволяющим формировать эффективные ее направления. Рассмотрены методы выявления кластеров сервисной направленности в российской экономике, их локализация и динамика. Определены критерии отнесения отраслей к категории «местных кластеров», среди которых высока доля сервисных кластеров.
