Abstract

Развитие новых технологий, продуктов и услуг, переход на инновационный путь развития экономики и общества, основанного на знаниях, в котором важная роль принадлежит системе высшего образования, обусловили необходимость формирования современной региональной инновационной системы инновационного университетского комплекса, обеспечивающего эффективную коммерциализацию знаний и получение экономически ощутимых результатов от инновационной деятельности в регионе и играющего в образовательной системе региона доминирующую роль.
