Abstract

Автор рассматривает вопросы, относящиеся к оценке конкурентоспособности бренда платных медицинских услуг. Обозначены основные факторы, влияющие на удовлетворенность потребителей платными медицинскими услугами. Выделены основные критерии конкурентоспособности бренда платных медицинских учреждений.
