Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные факторы эффективности землепользования, которое включает в себя не только минимизацию отчуждаемых территорий для строительства тех или иных объектов, но и многочисленные факторы, влияющие как на человека, окружающую среду, так и на производство. В современных условиях эффективное землепользование является важнейшим направлением современной аграрной политики.
