Abstract

В статье делается анализ подходов к изучению трудовой миграции отечественной и зарубежной наукой, а также трактовок, принятых в официальных международных и национальных нормативно-правовых актах, касающихся вопросов трудовой миграции. Формулируются понятия «трудовая миграция» и «трудящийся-мигрант», согласующиеся с опытом исследований и нормами международного права.
