Abstract

В работе рассмотрены особенности формирования в современных условиях тарифов жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в области водоснабжения и водоотведения. Показаны недостатки существующей системы регулирования тарифов. Проанализированы негативные последствия и сделаны оценки существующей практики тарифообразования последних лет на примере Екатеринбургского муниципального унитарного предприятия «Водоканал».
