Abstract

В статье анализируются структура и факторы социального пространства, оказывающие влияние на развитие человеческого потенциала, его инновационных свойств. Дается теоретическая интерпретация категории «социальная среда». Приводятся данные экспертного опроса, проведенного в пяти Федеральных округах РФ по проблеме формирования человеческого потенциала, необходимого для современной инновационной экономики.
