Abstract

Предмет исследования статьи инновационные преобразования. Рассмотрены вопросы формирования интеллектуального потенциала и возможности его развития для обеспечения экономического роста региона. Дана краткая оценка экономической ситуации на уровне анализируемой территории. Охарактеризованы положительные и отрицательные стороны функционирования инновационной инфраструктуры с целью обеспечения экономического роста региона.
