Развитие Интеграции В Сфере Инвестиционных Фондов На Платформе Еаразэс

Abstract

В статье затрагиваются дискуссионные вопросы взаимодействия стран-участниц ЕврАзЭс в направлении сближения национальных рынков ценных бумаг. Показаны особенности развития рынков ценных бумаг России, Казахстана и Белоруссии, в том числе в сегменте ценных бумаг паевых инвестиционных фондов. Указано на необходимость дополнения основ законодательства о рынке ценных бумаг на платформе ЕврАзЭс законодательством в сфере инвестиционных фондов. Обоснована необходимость развития инфраструктуры паевых инвестиционных фондов в странах ЕврАзЭс. Сделаны выводы о путях развития интеграции в сфере инвестиционных фондов на платформе ЕврАзЭс.
