Управление Качеством Транспортных Услуг В Контексте Достижения Стратегических Целей

Abstract

В настоящее время остается актуальной проблема повышения качества услуг на железнодорожном транспорте в связи расширением международного сотрудничества со странами АТР. В статье анализируется категория «транспортная услуга» в системе менеджмента транспорта на примере ОАО РЖД, определены отраслевые особенности базовых принципов менеджмента качества, рассмотрены схемы участия высшего руководства компании с целью повышения качества транспортных услуг в системе стратегического управления. Предлагается использовать категорию «инновации качества» для создания новых потребностей или ожиданий потребителей в отношении качества.
