Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные этапы интеграционных преобразований постсоветских государств. Отмечается, что интеграционные процессы в настоящее время развиваются в быстро изменяющейся мировой среде. В условиях глобализации движущей силой является единство противоположностей. Сегодня неизбежно приходится пересматривать многие прежние представления об оптимальных и допустимых решениях по вопросам стратегического развития и стратегического партнерства.
