Региональный Минимальный Размер Оплаты Труда Как Важный Фактор Прогнозирования Размера Единицы Труда

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты разработки программы расчета единицы труда, необходимой Федерации профессиональных союзов Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области для переговоров с работодателями и администрациями и планирования социально-экономических процессов в сфере труда. Установлено, что рыночная цена единицы труда представляет собой ставку заработной платы, определяющую уровень оплаты труда. Показано, что все большее значение на формирование заработной платы будет оказывать региональный минимальный размер оплаты труда.
