Abstract

В статье рассматриваются внешние и внутренние проблемы рыночной трансформации мирового и локального (на примере Азербайджана) хозяйства; обосновываются предложения по оптимизации и обеспечению приоритетности банковской системы и ее деятельности в этих процессах; автор предлагает ряд важнейших мер, способствующих созданию стабильного развития и повышения устойчивости банковской системы.
