Abstract

В статье анализируются особенности современного состояния продовольственного сектора с позиций устойчивого развития и с учетом необходимости преодоления технологических рисков, вызванных отставанием уровня технического развития отечественной производственной базы от западных стран. Стабильное обеспечение продовольственной безопасности во многом определяется инновационной и инвестиционной активностью, которая должна быть направлена на экологизацию продуктовой цепочки продовольствия.
