Энергосбытовая Деятельность В Условиях Реформирования: Проблемы И Перспективы

Abstract

В статье с позиции конкурентоспособности проведен анализ функционирования независимых энергосбытовых компаний и гарантирующих поставщиков, на основе разработанной рыночной модели деятельности энергосбытовой компании проведена диагностика основных проблем ее функционирования, выявлены факторы, влияющие на конкурентоспособность энергосбытовых компаний. Указанный перечень факторов может быть использован как в процессе анализа внешней среды (при оценке конкурентоспособности компании), так и как базовый набор переменных при разработке рыночных стратегий.
