Процессный Подход К Разработке Инвестиционных Решений В Соответствии Со Стандартом Pmi

Abstract

В статье рассматривается процессный подход к разработке инвестиционного решения по методологии, описанной в Американском национальном стандарте управления проектами, который разработан Институтом управления проектами (Project Management Institute). Представлена общая последовательность фаз в жизненном цикле проекта, а также связи между процессами внутри этапов управления проектом. Выделены процессы инициации и планирования как мероприятия, формирующие необходимую информационно-аналитическую базу для принятия инвестиционного решения, а также действия по идентификации заинтересованных лиц, влияние которых имеет определяющий характер.
