Интегральный Показатель Качества Услуг Объектов Дорожного Сервиса

Abstract

В статье приводится классификация показателей качества услуг объектов дорожного сервиса с определением их интегрального показателя.. Она включает частные показатели качества услуг объектов дорожного сервиса, общие показатели качества услуг объектов дорожного сервиса, интегральный показатель качества услуг объектов дорожного сервиса. Такую систему показателей целесообразно использовать при многовариантных расчетах эффективности инвестиционных проектов.
