Abstract

Преобразование ведущих университетов России в университетские комплексы является важнейшей составляющей стратегии инновационного развития России. Вместе с тем, появление университетских комплексов способствовало и возникновению целого ряда проблем, требующих детальной проработки. В их числе можно выделить необходимость выработки методических подходов к моделированию организационной структуры и к оценке эффективности деятельности преподавательского состава. В статье изложены авторские подходы к формированию сбалансированной организационной структуры управления университетским комплексом и универсальной рейтинговой методики для оценки эффективности деятельности преподавательского состава.
