Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам реализации организационно управленческой компоненты человеческого капитала в основных областях жизнедеятельности политической и духовной, экономической и социальной в условиях перехода страны к инновационному типу экономического развития. Выявлены особенности реализации компоненты в каждой из указанных областей на региональном уровне.
