Abstract

Из структурообразующих хозяйственных элементов страны в статье выделен средний бизнес в качестве основы социального развития общества. Средний бизнес выступает как реальная сила формирования необходимой социальной среды во взаимодействии с крупным и малым бизнесом, с государственными и некоммерческими структурами. Отмечается важность такого взаимодействия в депрессивных регионах России для достижения необходимого уровня их социального развития.
