Направления Совершенствования Механизма Финансирования Региональных Целевых Программ

Abstract

Проанализированы данные о ходе исполнения долгосрочных целевых программ (ДЦП) Владимирской области в 2012-2013 гг., выявлены проблемы в их реализации, предложены направления совершенствования механизма финансирования (на примере ДЦП «Содействие занятости населения Владимирской области на 2012-2014 гг.»). Результаты могут позволить оптимизировать использование финансовых ресурсов и способствовать эффективности бюджетных расходов в условиях перехода к «программному бюджету».
