Abstract

Рассматривается социально-демографическая ситуация в Республике Бурятия, динамика демографических и миграционных показателей региона, определены проблемы в данной сфере, приведен перечень мероприятий для их решения. Дана характеристика миграционной политики, реализуемой Правительством Республики Бурятия. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы при разработке региональных программ в области занятости населения, а также с целью сохранения в регионе баланса трудовых ресурсов.
