Abstract

Исследуется влияние социально-экономических и демографических факторов на численность трудовых ресурсов Приморского края. С помощью методов многомерного статистического анализа отбираются наиболее значимые факторы, строится регрессионная модель, на основании которой оценивается численность трудовых ресурсов Приморского края на 2013–2015 гг. Область применения результатов – определение основных приоритетных направлений в области привлечения и воспроизводства в трудовых ресурсов в регионе.
