Abstract

Исследованы экстракты из надземных органов растений семейства Аралиевые. Определены оптимальные экстрагенты, при использовании которых извлекалось наибольшее количество биологически активных веществ из органов растений. Показано, что экстракты из возобновляемого сырья (листьев и стеблей или ветвей) аралии, элеутерококка и акантопанакса по своим физико-химическим и органолептическим характеристикам могут быть использованы в технологии крепких алкогольных напитков
