Abstract

Рассмотрены биологически активные добавки к пище «Калифен», «Экликит», «Диприм», представляющие собой водно-спиртовые экстракты, полученные из отходов переработки калины, лимонника китайского и винограда амурского. Изучена возможность использования данных БАД к пище в качестве функциональных ингредиентов для создания хлебобулочных изделий лечебно-профилактической направленности
