Как Возникла Жизнь. Теория Возникновения Протоклеток И Их Структурных Компонентов. Часть 1

Abstract

Приведена теория автора о возникновении протоклеток прои эукариотического типа при участии элементов газовой фазы, апатитовой матрицы и сокристаллизующихся с ней минералов (карбонатапатит, кальцит, слюда). Фосфаты апатита остаются в составе синтезирующейся нуклеиновой спирали и определяют ее размер и комплементарность только пуриновых и пиримидиновых оснований. Рассмотрены возможный механизм перехода кристалл-органоминеральный кристалл-жидкий кристалл (протоклетка), модель возникновения матричного механизма транскрипции и трансляции. Сделана попытка ответить на ключевые вопросы биохимии и молекулярной биологии, стоящие при решении проблемы возникновения жизни на Земле.
