Abstract

Обсуждается возможность использования для измерения количества информации алгоритмического подхода, предложенного А.Н. Колмогоровым, вместо принятого сегодня вероятностного (шенноновского). Это позволяет рассматривать информацию как транспозицию времени и тем самым эффективно применять информационный подход к пониманию и оценке процессов современной экономики: в новом свете увидеть информационную природу труда, рассматривать время личного потребления в качестве особого ограниченного ресурса, полнее раскрыть характер современной «символической» формы экономического обмена.
