Влияние Качества Институциональной Среды На Благосостояние И Экономический Рост: Межстрановые Сопоставления

Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена проверке гипотезы о влиянии качества институциональной среды на экономическое развитие и благосостояние, а также определению качественных и количественных характеристик этой взаимосвязи. Качество институциональной среды оценивается при помощи международных рейтингов и индексов, ранжирующих страны по определенным параметрам. В исследовании проверяется согласованность различных рейтинговых оценок, выводится интегрированный индекс, на основании которого оценивается взаимосвязь институциональных параметров, уровня благосостояния и темпов экономического роста.Проведенный регрессионный анализ показал статистически значимую зависимость между благосостоянием и параметрами институциональной среды. Связь между институциональной средой и темпами экономического роста является нелинейной и носит более сложный характер. Библиогр. 20 назв. Ил. 3. Табл. 3.
