Влияние Внешней Трудовой Миграции На Российский Рынок Труда

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются показатели, характеризующие состояние внешней трудовой миграции в России. Дается оценка отраслевого и территориального распределения трудовых мигрантов, на базе которого автор выдвигает предположение о возможности замещения международной миграции инвестициями в трудосберегающие технологии. В статье проводится оценка возможности замещения внешней миграции внутренней за счет улучшения пространственной мобильности населения. Рассматриваются механизмы миграционной политики России на базе применения принципов избирательности и проактивности для регулирования внешней трудовой миграции.
