Abstract

Шариатский совет один из ключевых органов в системе исламских финансов. Несмотря на существование стандартов, определяющие принципы функционирования и функции шариатского надзора, деятельность шариатских советов в разных странах имеет серьезные отличия. В статье анализируется опыт разных стран по регулированию шариатского надзора в сфере исламских финансов.
