О Модели Экономического Развития (Модернизации) России В Посткризисный Период

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты модернизации российской экономики и анализируются перспективы перехода ее на инновационную модель развития. По мнению автора, в обозримом будущем наиболее вероятной станет модернизация отдельных промышленных производств, подконтрольных государству. Без реформ, создающих благоприятные условия для рыночного (частного) сектора, такая модернизация существенным образом не повлияет на сложившуюся инерционную модель экономического роста.
