Abstract

В статье представлены основные этапы и особенности участия России в системе глобального управления. Присоединившись ко всем глобальным институтам регулирования мирохозяйственных связей, она получила возможность непосредственно оказывать воздействие на формирование повестки дня международных экономических организаций и контактных групп и таким образом влиять на важнейшие стороны глобальной политической и экономической жизни общества. Существенно изменился статус России в ведущих финансовых институтах: из заемщика она превратилась в донора, а также стала играть важную роль в многосторонних программах международной официальной помощи. На современном этапе одна из задач внешней политики нашей страны состоит в демократизации сложившейся после окончания холодной войны системы регулирования мирохозяйственных связей.
