Abstract

В статье рассматриваются причины возникшей в РФ в конце ХХ начале XXI в. ситуации с демографическим «провалом» и миграционным притоком рабочей силы из стран ближнего зарубежья. Предыстория данного вопроса заключается в том, что до 90-х годов ХХ столетия, на фоне положительного естественного прироста населения в стране и закрытой экономической системы, вопросы миграции рассматривались только внутри страны, что порождало свой круг проблем. После 90-х годов, на фоне спада рождаемости и открытого экономического пространства, преимущественно стала развиваться внешняя миграция. По мнению авторов, это связано со сложившейся социально-экономической и демографической ситуацией в РФ и странах ближнего зарубежья (высокий уровень рождаемости, несмотря на экономическую отсталость), конфессиональным составом нашей страны и национальными традициями стран с преимущественно мусульманским населением, степенью урбанизации государств, уровнем грамотности и вовлечённости в общественное производство женского населения.
