Abstract

В статье корпоративная социальная ответственность (КСО), включающая в качестве ключевого элемента стратегию устойчивого развития, изучается не просто как деятельность бизнеса, а в контексте развития всего общества. Это развитие, будучи не свободным от конфликтов, обусловливает формирование в процессе поиска компромисса между конфликтующими интересами основных акторов (бизнеса, правительств, профсоюзов) множества концепций КСО. С учетом этой отправной позиции авторы, во-первых, изучают Обновленную стратегию Евросоюза 2011–14 по КСО. Во-вторых, обсуждается Национальный форум по КСО в Германии. В-третьих, исследуются основные вехи развития законодательной базы в области обеспечения социальных прав трудящихся и охраны окружающей среды. В-четвертых, специальное внимание уделяется конфликтующим интересам в области КСО и разрешению соответствующих противоречий, а также учению проблематики КСО в университетах при подготовке экономистов и менеджеров.
