Сценарии Развития Денежно-Финансового Хозяйства

Abstract

Значение денежно-финансового хозяйства определяется, прежде всего, тем, что в нем формируется экономический профицит, необходимый для построения будущего. В соответствии с такой направленностью рассматриваются его эволюция, современное состояние и перспективы развития, а также предлагаются подходы к пересмотру некоторых положений теории финансов. В статье показано, что открытие и чрезвычайно быстрый подъем новых и интеграция существующих рынков, ускоренные инновациями и связанными с ними глобализацией и дерегулированием, скорее привели к активизации бумов и спадов, чем к реализации долгосрочных ресурсов роста экономики. Все рассуждения о формах и сценариях денежно-финансового хозяйства несут отпечаток более или менее эксклюзивных. В наши дни они вытекают из двух противостоящих друг другу теорий финансов, а если говорить точнее, противоречивых представлений о драйверах экономического роста — кейсианских или рыночных. Постоянно меняющееся денежно-финансовое хозяйство относится к базовым и универсальным условиям развития цивилизации. Поэтому все изменения, связанные с ним, оказывали и продолжают оказывать неизгладимое воздействие на наше прошлое, настоящее и будущее.
