Abstract

This article argues for a transition to a model of sustainable development for the countries which compose the CIS as part of a strategic goal for integration. For the successful development of an integration strategy, it is necessary to determine a system of indicators describing sustainable development combining a hierarchical structure according to the multilevel structure of the global economic system with a heterarchical subjective structure of cooperation at each level. The main benefit of creating conditions for stability through the integration process will be the overcoming of the stratification of transactional national factors of manufacture which negatively infiuencc integration. This will be shown using an example of the information factor.
