Abstract

This article explores how to reform the fiscal policies of the Russian Federation. The authors propose a new approach to the choice of tax schedules based on several mathematical models. The first model, based on game theory, helps to construct the average tax rates schedule. The second is an optimization model used to construct the marginal tax rates schedule.
