Abstract

В статье выявляются основные факторы, влияющие на восприятие технологий самообслуживания в России и Германии. Рассматриваются два подхода к исследованию проблем применения технологий: процессно-ориентированный и факторный. В рамках процессно-ориентированного подхода анализируются модель принятия решения об инновации Э. Роджерса и модель восприятия технологии Ф.Девиса. При факторном подходе изучаются основные характеристики потребителей и технологий самообслуживания, влияющие на процесс восприятия последних. На основе полученных результатов теоретического анализа рассматривается практика применения касс самообслуживания как одного из видов данных технологий в России и Германии. В результате оценивается влияние культурных особенностей на восприятие касс самообслуживания в обеих странах и вырабатываются рекомендации для компаний.
