Тюльпанове, представленные на международной конференции Экономическая теория и хозяйственная практика: глобальные вызовы, посвященной 110-летию со дня рождения выдающегося ученого, педагога, воина и дипломата, основателя кафедры экономики современного капитализма С. И. Тюльпанова (экономический факультет СПбГУ, 13 октября 2011 г.).In this section, we publish memoirs about S. I. Tyulpanov by V. C. Torkanovsky, PhD in History, Yu. V. Basistov, retired colonel, and professor M. A. Sklyar presented at the International Conference "Economic Theory and Practice: the Global Challenges" devoted to the 110th Anniversary of outstanding academician, teacher, soldier, and diplomat, founder of the Department of Economics of the Modern Capitalism S. I. Tyulpanov (Economic Faculty of Saint Petersburg State University, 13 October, 2011).
