Промышленная Политика России: Дискуссионные Вопросы

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются сущность и основные направления промышленной политики России. Особое внимание отводится дискуссионным вопросам. В научный оборот вовлекаются материалы не только современных ученых, но и представителей первой половины XX в. Центром разногласий в трактовке сущности промышленной политики, по мнению автора, является признание или отрицание активной роли государства. Анализируются различные позиции, отражающие теоретические взгляды отечественных экономистов. Особое внимание уделяется методологическим основам разработки и реализации промышленной политики. При этом автор руководствуется фундаментальными положениями, высказанными еще в начале прошлого века. Приводятся практические рекомендации по активизации промышленной политики в России.
