Моделирование Выбора Параметров Шкалы Подоходного Налога

Abstract

В статье исследуются вопросы практического использования модели построения шкалы средних ставок подоходного налога. Определены ограничения на выбор входных параметров модели. Особое внимание уделено возможному способу выбора параметров эластичности модельной налоговой шкалы. Полученные результаты позволяют свести проблему выбора предельных ставок подоходного налога и разрядов налоговой шкалы к вопросу выбора пяти входных параметров рассматриваемой модели. При этом число указанных параметров меньше, чем в случае непосредственного выбора шкалы предельных ставок налога.
