Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу теоретических взглядов и практических положений, касающихся разработки и реализации стратегии развития национальной банковской системы. Автор исследует основные этапы стратегического процесса: формулирование стратегических намерений и целей, анализ основных слабостей и угроз, вовлеченность заинтересованных лиц в выбор стратегии. Показано, что важнейшей целью развития банковской системы должно стать достижение достойной позиции в рейтинге глобальной финансовой конкуренции.
