Модернизация Экономики Современной России И Концепция Развития Человека

Abstract

В статье анализируются некоторые теоретические основы модернизации экономики современной России. Ключевая идея модернизации, по мнению автора, заключается в том, что современная российская экономическая модель капитализма способна (при реализации совокупности национальных проектов) обеспечить благополучие и повышение качества жизни граждан (конечная цель модернизации). Эта идея нуждается в пересмотре, так как в РФ устойчиво воспроизводится высокий уровень нищеты и углубляется неравенство доходов населения. Автором показано, что конкретные целевые ориентиры модернизации основаны на устаревших теоретических представлениях; аргументировано несоответствие конечной цели модернизации избранным для ее достижения постулатам теории человеческого капитала, а также идеи об экономическом росте как основном факторе борьбы с бедностью и улучшения благосостояния населения.
