Теория Экономического Роста И Индикаторы Развития России: Институциональный И Монетарный Аспекты

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются тенденции эволюции современной теории экономического роста, вызванные потребностями практики обеспечения устойчивости роста. В условиях нестабильной экономики при переходе от ниспадающей волны IV Кондратьевского цикла к фазе роста пятой длинной волны глобальный экономический рост и экономический рост в России прерываются периодами нестабильности, экономическими кризисами и ловушками. В этих условиях индикаторы разрывов в уровне благосостояния населения, региональных, отраслевых, технологических разрывов, а также разрывов между виртуально-финансовой и реальной экономикой могут оказаться более точными характеристиками экономического роста и его перспектив, чем показатель ВВП. В статье представлен теоретический подход, связанный с учетом этих разрывов.
