О Международном Стандарте Бизнес-Анализа

Abstract

В статье обсуждаются профессиональные компетенции бизнес-аналитика с позиции положений международного свода знаний по бизнес-анализу ВАВОК. На современном этапе для российских компаний стало актуальным привлечение профессионалов для понимания состояния организации, определения направлений оптимизации бизнес-процессов в рамках выбранной стратегии. В работе дается краткая характеристика стандарта Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, определяются основные методы и инструментарий исследования на каждом этапе бизнес-анализа, предложены рекомендации по комплексу программных средств, владение которыми необходимо бизнес-аналитику.
