Abstract

В статье рассматривается содержание понятий «теория» и «практика» применительно к экономической науке. Автор исходит из распространенного в гносеологии тезиса о принципиальной противоположности содержания теории и практики. Эти понятия имеют различное содержание и различные функциональные предназначения. Принципиальные различия теории и практики ставят в экономической науке вопрос о решении проблемы их взаимосвязи. История экономической мысли знает различные варианты решения проблемы взаимосвязи между теорией и экономической политикой, теоретическим и эмпирическим знанием, позитивным и нормативным в науке. Автор приводит пример одного из удачных вариантов решения этой проблемы. Таким примером может служить модель трех частей экономической науки у М. И. Туган-Барановского. Она показывает механизм взаимодействия теоретической и практической частей экономической науки.
