Abstract

The paper deals with the problem of a new form of relations between the State and business, namely the state-private partnership. The author analyses different opinions about this type of relations and makes the conclusion that nowadays we can witness the emergence of a new stable economic relationship appeared due to inability to solve a number of strategic tasks by the State or by the market separately. These partnership relations are usually of long term and combine advantages of each counterpart: entrepreneurial dynamics and private competence with the stability of the State sector. It is underlined that reaching the mutual goal provides realization of interests of each counterpart, without providing any harm or loss for them.
